We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Electrical Apprentice to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands‑on experience in the electrical field while working under the guidance of experienced electricians. The Electrical Apprentice will assist with various tasks related to electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in both industrial and commercial settings. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop essential skills and knowledge in the electrical trade.
Duties- Assist licensed electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to understand project requirements.
- Work with low voltage and high voltage systems as directed by supervisors.
- Conduct tests using an ohmmeter and other testing equipment to ensure proper functionality of electrical systems.
- Participate in construction site activities, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Support frame carpentry tasks as needed during installations or repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Job is a 5-month contract

- Previous experience as an industrial or commercial electrician is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and practices, including low voltage and high voltage systems.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents related to electrical work.
- Experience on construction sites is advantageous.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards.
- Willingness to learn from experienced electricians and take on new challenges within the trade.
