Moss Solar, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor of 2025, is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators to support our growing solar projects. If you have experience operating heavy equipment and can handle physical labor in various weather conditions, apply today!

• Safely operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, loaders, and telehandlers on solar project sites.
• Perform site grading, trenching, and material movement as needed.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
• Assist with general labor duties, including material handling and site cleanup.
• Maintain clear communication with site leadership and crew members to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment (solar or construction experience preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for 8+ hrs. a day.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme cold or heat).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Pre-employment drug test required.
• Other duties as assigned.
