This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Technician based in Edna, TX. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for fieldwork such as installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of water control systems. The candidate will ensure client systems are operating efficiently and meet industry standards. Daily activities include diagnosing technical issues, replacing or repairing system components, adhering to safety protocols, and providing technical support to clients.

• Technical skills:
  Experience in troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of control systems and industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming is required.
• Communication skills:
  Ability to interact effectively with clients, providing clear technical support and explanations.
• Time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work on-site with travel to client locations, along with adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate or degree in a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in water systems, pump stations, or wastewater facility operations is highly advantageous.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
