• Install broadband services, including internet, television, and phone systems across single-family homes, multi-dwelling units (MDUs), and business‑class environments.
• Perform installations of aerial and underground coax and fiber drops.
• Install and configure outlets for aerial and underground coax and fiber drops.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure consistent quality of service.
• Install and provision customer equipment, including modems, wireless access points, routers, and set‑top boxes.
• Conduct signal testing and diagnostics using specialized test equipment.
• Document work performed accurately within the workforce management platform, including equipment usage, installation details, and service outcomes.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining services and providing guidance on equipment usage and maintenance.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers, team members, and supervisors, fostering trust and reliability.
• Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are clean, organized, and well‑maintained to support operational efficiency.
