We are seeking an experienced machine operator to work with skid steers and tractors on a variety of projects. The candidate will assist with the installation of temporary rock drives, debris removal, sediment control, and street sweeping on residential and commercial sites.

The successful applicant will operate heavy equipment, utilize hand tools, and maintain equipment safety and performance standards.

• Review daily work schedule with the Crew Leader each morning.
• Assist with loading trucks with proper installation materials.
• Represent Greenrise in a professional manner to customers and homeowners.
• Complete all machine work to a high standard of excellence and Greenrise quality.
• Follow all safety protocols for vehicles, equipment, and site conduct.
• Communicate effectively with crew leader and fellow crew members.
• Achieve daily and weekly goals for crew output.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Report incidents or concerns through the proper chain of command.

• Experience operating a skid steer or tractor (required).
• Experience pulling a trailer (required).
• Valid Georgia driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Strong listening, communication, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to customer service and professional representation.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Physically fit, able to work long days outdoors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• High character, honesty, and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Good judgment and sound decision‑making.
