• Respond to service requests for minor repairs on a wide variety of in‑store equipment (HVAC, refrigeration, beverage & food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers).
• Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Perform additional duties including training other Level I technicians, prioritizing work, maintaining basic structures, etc.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience:
  
  1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Skills:
  
  Leadership, peer‑to‑peer tech support, effective communication, time management, and the ability to handle stretch assignments.
