Responsibilities- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs exclusively in residential settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan and execute electrical projects accurately.
- Install and connect wiring, outlets, circuit breakers, and other electrical components in homes.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing safe and effective solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes and regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
- Keep precise records of work performed, including time, materials, and any issues encountered.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly in residential electrical systems.
- Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in residential electrical work.
- Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, blueprints, and code requirements.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and professional worksite.
- Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and be flexible with scheduling.
- Ability to pass a background screening.

- Experience in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial is a plus, as we work in all three.
