Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location.;
Control access by verifying identification, logging visitors and deliveries, issuing badges, and directing individuals to the appropriate areas per site procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications to site representatives and/or emergency services as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, monitoring doors, restricted spaces, and perimeter points for unusual activity or conditions.;
Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, maintain accurate shift logs, and communicate security-related information during shift transitions.
