Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to the client by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter prohibited activity and identify hazards or policy violations.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating disputes and requesting assistance from law enforcement and/or management as needed.;
Control access to restricted areas, monitor customer and employee activity for unusual behavior, and complete required security-related screenings and/or checks per site policy.;
Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
