Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a financial services location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Monitor access points, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and direct visitors, vendors, and employees according to site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report observed issues.;
Complete shift documentation such as activity logs and incident reports, communicate key updates during post turnovers, and support audits and compliance requirements as directed.
