Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Ambassador. This role requires sharp observation skills to capture details while monitoring a series of screens. As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will spot threats before they escalat e in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, and more.

- Mornings: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (weekdays and weekends)
- Evenings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (weekdays and weekends)
- Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (weekdays and weekends)

- Conduct mobile patrols of the outside surroundings of the fulfillment center, including parking lots and trailer yards, using a company vehicle.
- Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
- Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
- Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
- Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
- Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies.
- Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.
- Stand, sit, walk, or climb stairs for extended periods.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Pass an extensive screening process.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Good eyesight and ability to maintain focus.
- Technologically proficient.
- Prior experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus.
- State license if required.
- CPR certification (Garda World will assist in obtaining).
- Minimum age 18; 21 for driving positions.
