What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive new‑logo revenue outcomes, including bookings, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy
  • Lead and scale a team of Account Executives and establish a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization
  • Implement enterprise sales methodologies to ensure predictable outcomes and effective deal management
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to align enterprise go‑to‑market strategies
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and conduct pipeline reviews with executive leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales leadership experience in complex sales environments
  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience as an individual contributor
  • Proven ability to manage sales quotas ranging from $1M to $5M ARR
  • Expertise in selling complex enterprise software with long sales cycles
  • Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies and ability to engage C‑suite stakeholders

  • Experience in building and scaling enterprise Account Executive and SDR teams
