We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our growing life and health insurance sales team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to build professional sales skills in a structured, performance-based environment.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and support to help you obtain the required state licensing.

Meet with clients (virtually or in person) who have requested information about life and health insurance products

Conduct needs-based consultations

Present appropriate coverage options from multiple A-rated carriers

Assist clients through the application process

Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

18+ years old

High school diploma or equivalent

Willingness to obtain a state Life & Health insurance license (required before selling)

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Ability to work independently with structured support

Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
