Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for NVOCC services
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and revenue
• Prepare and present freight quotations, rate proposals, and service solutions
• Negotiate rates and commercial terms while protecting company margins
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers
• Understand customer shipping requirements and propose suitable routing and service options
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Documentation, and Finance teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Handle customer inquiries, service issues, and follow-ups professionally

• Promote company services, trade lanes, and value propositions to the market
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and trade lane developments
• Support marketing initiatives such as rate campaigns, customer visits, and industry networking
• Provide market feedback to management for pricing and strategy decisions

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Support management with commercial analysis and business planning
