What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize expertise in products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching to the employer's services
  • Problem-solve and find solutions for business customers as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • A proactive approach to customer interactions
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Ability to direct conversations and close sales effectively
  • 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training is required
  • An Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a sales-oriented role with a focus on customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with customers
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
