We are seeking 1-2 individuals to join our Levelland sales team. You will talk with customers and ensure their immediate needs are met efficiently and courteously. Automotive experience is not necessary; we are looking for experience in any sales or customer service field. If you have succeeded in roles such as waiting tables or retail, this role will likely be a good fit.
Effective teamwork is required for success; those who do not work well in a group need not apply.

- Set, forecast, and measure personal goals
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully
- Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority. Know the in s and the out s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
- Strong willingness to learn new product details quickly
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver s license
- Familiarity with the following systems is a plus, but not required:
