We are currently seeking a Sales Associate who is motivated, professional, coachable, and ready to build a long‑term career in automotive sales.
What You’ll DoAs a Sales Associate, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the vehicle-buying journey.
Key Responsibilities- Engage customers in a professional, consultative manner—online, on the phone, and in person
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend vehicles that best fit customer goals
- Deliver confident, feature-focused product presentations and test drives
- Follow structured sales processes from first contact through delivery
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with management, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain product knowledge on Ford vehicles, technology, incentives, and programs
- Uphold McGraw Ford’s standards for integrity, accountability, and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and improve
- Ability to follow proven sales processes and coaching
- Customer-focused mindset with strong listening skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
