What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the vehicle-buying journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage customers in a professional, consultative manner—online, on the phone, and in person
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend vehicles that best fit customer goals
  • Deliver confident, feature-focused product presentations and test drives
  • Follow structured sales processes from first contact through delivery
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with management, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless experience
  • Maintain product knowledge on Ford vehicles, technology, incentives, and programs
  • Uphold McGraw Ford’s standards for integrity, accountability, and customer satisfaction

  • Ability to follow proven sales processes and coaching

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
