What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with new enterprise customers
  • Effectively communicate the value of the employer's product to meet prospect needs
  • Carry and achieve revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain proper CRM hygiene
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development and Marketing teams to follow up on leads
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3-5 years of successful experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS
  • Proficiency in the German language
  • Demonstrated experience handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Background in "hunting" sales roles with experience in value and consultative selling
  • Strong business acumen and ability to articulate Return on Investment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with solution selling methodologies such as challenger, QBS, or MEDDIC
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, transactional sales environment
