Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Team! Pay $10.00 to $13.00 per hour. We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process.

Potential earnings:
Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $2.29 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

We are seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff of the store to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. Greet, engage, and interact with customers to process sales, loans, and other transactions. Thrive on engaging with customers and assist with inquiries and problem resolution.

Work with a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

The Full-Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate position offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity. The actual pay depends on factors such as location, qualifications, and experience.

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Handles cash and negotiable items per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Explanation of legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers; fosters a positive customer experience.
• Completes assigned training and performs other duties as needed.

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling).
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Eligible to work on exterior of building or retrieve products stored outside as needed.
• Minimum Age: 18;
  High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to serve customers, be team-oriented, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform basic math; cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible location availability and ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate; able to operate POS systems.

The employee commission incentive plan is proprietary to First Cash. Pawnbrokers have the potential to earn 2-8% commission, based on gross profit of personal performance. Details provided during interview.
