Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Engagement

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on products, lenses, and accessories.
• Demonstrate product features and functionalities to potential buyers.
• Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.

• Maintain a deep understanding of product line, including the latest models, features, and technology.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
• Conduct product training sessions for colleagues and customers.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and warranty-related issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and basic camera operations.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall store sales objectives.

• Assist in inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales.

• Stay current with the technical aspects of camera systems, including sensor technology, lens specifications, and imaging software.
• Offer technical advice and support to customers, especially advanced photographers.

• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.

• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the sales team.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.

• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service, high-end retail environment or in similar capacity.
• Passion in retail industry, good communication and customer handling skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Basic computer skills and netiquette.
