Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Engagement
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on products, lenses, and accessories.
- Demonstrate product features and functionalities to potential buyers.
- Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product line, including the latest models, features, and technology.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
- Conduct product training sessions for colleagues and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle inquiries, concerns, and warranty-related issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and basic camera operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall store sales objectives.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales.
- Stay current with the technical aspects of camera systems, including sensor technology, lens specifications, and imaging software.
- Offer technical advice and support to customers, especially advanced photographers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the sales team.
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service, high-end retail environment or in similar capacity.
- Passion in retail industry, good communication and customer handling skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic computer skills and netiquette.
