Per il Mercato Centrale di Milano cerchiamo un/un' addetto/a per l'Info Point. L’ Addetto/a Info Point promuove tutte le iniziative culturali ed eventi all’interno del Mercato e supporta il reparto Marketing ed Eventi nelle attività operative.
Compiti e Responsabilità Principali- Accoglie il cliente;
- Promuove le iniziative culturali e le offerte commerciali all’interno dello Store;
- Collabora con l’Ufficio Marketing ed Eventi per le attività in Store.
- Promuove le offerte turistiche e culturali locali;
- Gestisce il processo operativo di fidelizzazione del cliente
- Diploma di istruzione secondaria superiore;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente seconda lingua straniera;
- Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative;
- Flessibilità operativa e rapidità di esecuzione;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office ed in particolare di Excel;
Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, serali e festivi.
