OverallJob Summary
The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
- Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
- Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain visual merchandise standards.
- Perform store specific measurements.
- Complete store layout initiatives.
- Perform accurate cycle counts.
- Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
- Hang store signage.
- Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
- Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.

- Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.
- Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
- Self-directed with minimal assistance.
- Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
- Shifts generally no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
- Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often long distances.
- Adhere to safety guidelines.
- Hard surfaces, adequate lighting, and temperature conditions.
- Travel as needed.
- Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with equipment.
- Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
- Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders.
- Operate store equipment.
- Read, write, and count accurately.
- Handle contact with birds/poultry.
- Operate necessary equipment.
- Sit, lift up to 50 lbs, drive, stand, walk, kneel, reach overhead.
- Move merchandise throughout the store.
- Maintain physical and mental stamina for store movement.
