Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Order product via iPad Tablet to maintain in‑stock conditions for shelves and displays.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Make sure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to the Mondelēz management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz.

• At least 18 years of age, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude capable of independent work.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Residence within 25 miles of College Station, TX, or within 25 miles of Brenham or La Grange, TX.
• Schedule availability:
  Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday; start by 5 am for a total of 15 hours per week.

• Hourly compensation rate $17.00 – $18.00 (based on experience).
