As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, building retailer relationships while being the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations as needed. You may also work with other products from partner companies in the stores you service.

• Your starting pay will be $12.50-$13.75 depending on your skills and experience.
• This is a Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours for this position are between 4-10 hours per week.
• Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends is required.

• Day-to-day engagement:
  Using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, you will restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory within and outside the Hallmark department. You will use technology for communication, reporting, and surveys. Professional and courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers is vital.
• Holiday support:
  Leading up to and following holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, you may work additional days and extended hours during the week. You may be required to work on the holiday itself.
• Department resets:
  You may be part of a team responsible for installations and tasks such as building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments, and resetting card sections. You will be notified two weeks in advance for remodel assignments, which may include evenings or weekend.
• One Team Vision:
  As part of Hallmark's field organization, you are part of a network of merchandisers who often support other team members as needed in their territories.

This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You may consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You may kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, and use step ladders.

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You can read, write, and understand English.
• You can grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• You can operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
