Position: Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager)

Overview

Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager) at 7-Eleven. This role focuses on working as part of a management team with prior supervisory experience. The position involves training to provide excellent customer service on every visit. We offer full-time hours and valuable management and leadership experience with competitive pay.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Restaurant Leader and work with the management team to supervise restaurant staff.
  • Ensure the restaurant operates in accordance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards; maintain restaurant conditions and cleanliness.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and freshness of all food service products.
  • Utilize P&L statements and store reports to inform operational changes and improve performance.
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals; perform multitasking as needed.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and customer service leadership to employees.
Qualifications
  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees.
  • Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and health standards.
  • Strong focus on quality, consistency, and freshness of food service products.
  • Demonstrated ability to use store reports to effect change.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required if the candidate has at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
  • Ability to multi-task, stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
