Job Overview: Posh and Pours is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations. This role is responsible for managing front-of-house, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency. The Lead will report directly to the Owner and play a crucial role in driving the business's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front-of-House Management: Oversee dining room operations, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision of servers, hosts, and bartenders. Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and top-tier customer service at all times.
  • Overall Operations: Manage day-to-day restaurant activities, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to all regulatory requirements throughout the establishment.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and motivate team members. Address performance issues, foster a positive work environment, and resolve conflicts as they arise.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability. Assist with tracking sales, labor costs, and expenses, providing regular reports to the Owner.

    Experience:

    Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration with Ownership: Work closely with the Owner to implement business strategies, promotions, and operational improvements. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the restaurant’s performance.
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in restaurant operations.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation
  • Option for salaried or hourly pay, to be negotiated based on experience and preference.
