Do you love great coffee, good food, and working as part of a buzzing team? At Bike Park Wales, we’re all about creating memorable experiences – on and off the trails. Our F&B team plays a huge part in that, keeping our riders and visitors fuelled up and ready to go.

We’re on the lookout for an F&B Assistant with a passion for hospitality, ideally with barista experience, who can bring the same positive energy, teamwork, and standards that our crew prides itself on.

• Preparing and serving hot drinks (especially coffee to a high standard) and food with speed and consistency.
• Delivering friendly, efficient customer service and making every guest feel welcome.
• Supporting the team across café, shack, and events as needed.
• Keeping the work environment clean, organised, and up to standard.
• Being a team player – we’re all about respect, collaboration, and good vibes.

• Experience in food & beverage, especially barista skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for great service.
• Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
