More About Our Wendy's Shift Lead:

Working under the supervision of the Wendy's General Manager and Wendy's Assistant Manager, the Wendy's Shift Lead supports the management team in directing and coordinating the overall restaurant operations of the location's Wendy's. The Wendy's Shift Lead will be responsible for ensuring that job assignments are carried out by Wendy's Team Members, performing opening and closing restaurant duties including paperwork and cash handling, and executing all work stations as a high standard while providing a service environment that exceeds guest expectations!

The ideal Wendy's Shift Leader has 2 plus years of restaurant experience, is a friendly, hard-working, and looking to grow as a leader. Apply today!

Pay Range: $15 to $16 per hour
