Food & Beverage Attendant - PT - Golf Course

Summary

The Sammons Grill, Golf Course Restaurant seeks a Food and Beverage Attendant to provide food and beverage service, wait tables and clean all service areas. Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends.

• Greets customers, takes orders, picks up dishes, and cleans tables
• Assists in food preparation and cooking
• Stocks, controls product inventory, and operates concessions area
• Serves food & beverages to customers
• Sanitizes high-touch surfaces; cleans dining room, food prep areas, grill, and kitchen equipment
• Assists with tournaments and private events
• Maintains accurate records of sales through the proper operation of the cash register and point of sale (POS) system
• Operates POS terminal to input customer orders, receives, and processes credit card or cash payments, and enters amount received
• Adheres to attendance policy; ensures punctuality for assigned shift
• Follows City policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Experience in food service operations

• Currently certified with TABC and Texas Food Handlers or the ability to become certified within 2 weeks of hire date
