Overview

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Delivery Drivers who will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Delivery Driver assists with ensuring that each visit from a customer results in friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team.

The Delivery Driver provides exceptional guest service and supports Restaurant Managers and Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

• A clean driving record. Safety is our priority; arrive and return safely in accordance with local, state and federal laws.
• Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, respond to customer issues, and communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Maintain cleanliness and health and safety standards in work areas and the vehicle.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations.
• Show up on time and maintain regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Dress per uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Complete delegated cleaning tasks in a timely manner.
• Operate cash register or point-of-sale devices as needed and use suggestive selling techniques to generate sales.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals and learn team effectiveness skills.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Age 18+ to operate a motorized vehicle.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law; keep updated insurance policy with your name on it.
• Flexible work availability; results-oriented and customer-focused.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
