• Desire to oversee and lead customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies and health standards.
• Strength in ensuring food quality and presentation.
• Ability to analyze P&L and store reports to implement improvements.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting operational documents.
• Computer skills, preferably in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
