ResponsibilitiesManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead departments and may be responsible for:
- Managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Setting goals, delegating tasks, and following up with teams
- Reporting results to teams and other managers
Guest Service Department Manager – 2+ years’ experience managing crew and supervisors, ensuring great customer experience, promoting sales activities, training service staff, and organizing the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
Kitchen Department Manager – Ensuring fast, high‑quality food, food safety, cost control, and training kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
People Department Manager – Hiring qualified crew, training them, and scheduling them to meet sales and profit goals, while motivating and recognizing staff from day one.
Preferred experience:
previous managerial roles in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with flexible schedule and a passion for working in the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• 2+ years of managerial experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate teams
• Commitment to food safety and quality standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
