Quality Specialist

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Quality Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Engineering department supporting operations, engineering, customer service, and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Manage the end-to-end customer complaint process, including logging, tracking, and coordinating investigations.

+ Ensure accurate documentation and communicate timelines and outcomes to customer-facing teams.

+ Facilitate Certificates of Analysis (COAs) by reviewing release data and coordinating with labs and operations.

+ Serve as a quality liaison for internal teams to uphold quality standards.

+ Maintain quality records, metrics, and trend reports to support continuous improvement.

** What's Needed?*
* + GED or high school diploma;
Associate's degree preferred.

+ Previous experience in production manufacturing or a quality role is preferred.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.

+ Highly adaptable to changing requirements with excellent organizational skills.

+ Motivated, independent self-starter with a desire to enhance product quality systems.
