NOW HIRING LABORER(S) FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!
STARTING PAY OF $19.00 -$21.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!
Real Green is hiring a Laborer to join our! This is not a warehouse or construction-related role, but a hands-on position assisting with Lawn Care. As a Laborer, you will work outdoors, support crew members, and operate equipment to complete various Lawn Care tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Top Dressing services for our customers
- Ensure job site safety by following company policies and industry standards.
- Support Lawn Care technicians as needed.
- Load and unload materials and tools for daily operations.
- Perform general laborer duties, including raking, lifting, and hauling debris.
- Previous experience as a Laborer in tree service, landscaping, or outdoor work preferred.
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
