What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a crew to complete daily lawn maintenance tasks
- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup with attention to detail
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operated safely
- Conduct morning huddles to set goals and delegate responsibilities
- Enforce safety protocols and uphold company standards on every job
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent our company with professionalism
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of lawn maintenance experience
- Proven leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
