Lawn Care Technician

Lawn Doctor is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians. Our Lawn Care Technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors. They treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, perform shop work, and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.

• Treat lawns with environmentally sensitive products
• Aerate and seed lawns
• Perform shop work
• Offer new services to customers and prospects in the field

• Strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to work
• Good attendance record
• Actual work experience in the lawn care industry (highly desirable)
• Good communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to meet production goals
• Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds

We offer an hourly rate starting at $18.00 per hour to as much as $21.00 depending on experience. Our work day typically starts at 7:00 - 7:30 AM and ends around 3:00-4:00 PM. If overtime is desired, we have the work to accommodate those who would like to earn extra. The work week is almost always Monday through Friday. Required Saturday work is very rare unless it is voluntary.
