Lawn Doctor is seeking experienced lawn care professionals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. We are looking for individuals with hands‑on experience in lawn care, as this position requires a solid understanding of the field.

• Production percentage-based salary

• Fertilizing and diagnosing lawn problems
• Shop work
• Offering new services to customers
• No mowing or landscaping!

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to meet production goals
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
• Pass a drug test and background check
• Strong work ethic, drive for continuous learning and growth
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work, consistent attendance record
• Lawn fertilization experience necessary
• Lawn tech experience only;
  Florida LF license required
• Hands‑on experience in lawn care
