Loraloma is an exclusive private club within the greater Thomas Ranch development. The 18-hole championship golf course, designed by noted architect David McLay-Kidd, features Stadium zoysia on fairways and tees, Zeon zoysia in the roughs, and Lazer zoysia on the greens. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience with the latest zoysia varieties.

• Perform precision mowing across all turf areas to maintain championship conditions.
• Roll greens for smooth, consistent putting surfaces.
• Execute string trimming for clean edges and course aesthetics.
• Maintain and groom bunkers for playability and appearance.
• Remove debris to ensure course cleanliness.
• Assist with hand watering during peak summer months.
• Operate groundskeeping equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance facility.
• Care for landscaping features to enhance aesthetics.
• Monitor turf health and address issues promptly.

Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with every other weekend required. Pay starts at $20/hour with overtime opportunities.

• Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or golf course care preferred.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. and perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a background check.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
