Starting Pay:$20.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience)

We’re seeking a motivated and reliable

Irrigation & Turf Care Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with a weekend-focused schedule, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow in the landscaping industry.

• Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems (pipes, valves, heads, controllers, sensors)
• Apply fertilizers and lawn treatments with precision
• Troubleshoot and resolve irrigation and turf care issues
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Safely operate landscaping equipment
• Lift/carry 35–80 lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Assist with daily wrap-up and prep for the next day

• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or irrigation preferred
• Willingness to complete required certifications within 6 months
• Clean driving record and experience towing a trailer
• Strong work ethic and customer service mindset
• Ability to work Thursday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
