Base Pay: $41.00 to $45.00 per hour
Shift Differentials:
Evening/Night (Weekdays) + $2.25/hr.
- Annualized equivalent $85,000 $ 94,000 (based on $41 $ 45/hr.) plus shift differentials
A trusted residential treatment and recovery center near Ingram, TX is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN) to oversee detox and post-acute patient care.
This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring safety, consistency, and compassionate recovery experiences for every patient in the program.
You will guide a team of nurses delivering comprehensive care in a calm, supportive environment where teamwork and empathy are as vital as technical skill.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily nursing operations and staff assignments.
Administer and oversee medications, IVs, and withdrawal protocols.
Conduct shift reports and ensure consistent communication among staff.
Respond to emergencies quickly and effectively.
Audit medical charts for compliance and completeness.
Encourage continuous learning and maintain high morale across nursing staff.
QualificationsActive RN license in Texas (or Compact State)
Minimum 2 years of recent leadership experience in acute or behavioral care
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Base $41 to $45/hr. plus shift differentials up to $4.75/hr.
