• Provide skilled nursing per physician’s plan of care and maintain compliance through real-time charting
• Administer medications, feedings, and treatments
• Maintain professional relationships with patients and families
• Assist in in-home patient assessments and care coordination

• Current Texas nursing license (LVN or RN)
• Current CPR certification
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required; training provided
