Med First is seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Jourdanton clinic, located just south of San Antonio. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive and community-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building long-term patient relationships and delivering high-quality care across the lifespan.

• Full-time, primary care position
• Monday through Friday schedule aligned with normal business hours
