Job Overview

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Travel Nurse RN – Medical Surgical (Med Surg) to work in Decatur, Texas. The position is a 13‑week contract, starting ASAP, with 12‑hour night shifts (36 hours per week).

• Duration: 13 weeks, with possibility to extend.
• Shift: 12 hours, nights.
• Hours:
  
  36 hours per week.
• Pay: $1,278 – $1,385 per week, which may include taxable wages plus tax‑free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.

• Consult and coordinate with the facility health‑care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer and record prescribed medications.
• Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments.

• Current RN license in Texas or a Compact RN license where applicable.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• 1 to 2 years of recent Medical‑Surgical nursing experience.
• Tele‑course preferred.
