Overview
We are seeking a dedicated RN for the 8N – Neuro IMC / Neurosurgical unit in Port Aransas, TX.
Responsibilities- Provide specialized nursing care to neuro and neurosurgical patients, monitoring neurological status and managing complex cases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications, perform assessments, and document patient progress accurately.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards.
Skills needed include strong assessment skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and critical thinking.
