** Join Our Dynamic Operating Room Team as an RN!** *
* Job Description:
** - Be a critical member of a skilled surgical team, working alongside Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, and ORT’s to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Utilize your critical thinking skills and scientific judgment to plan and anticipate patient needs in the operating room.
- Operate within a structured schedule: M-F, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with on-call requirements to support flexibility.
- Ensure the highest standards of care by adhering to State Nurse Practice Act, AORN guidelines, and hospital policies.
- Engage in various phases of patient care, including:
- Pre-Op preparation.
- Circulating during surgical procedures.
- Providing care in the PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit).
- Enhance operational efficiency by:
- Ensuring timely setup of surgical supplies and equipment.
- Communicating effectively with patients' families about procedures and care.
- Updating physician preference cards to align with surgical practices.
- Assisting and scrubbing in during surgeries.
- Take on a leadership role in supervising personnel who contribute to patient care.

* Qualifications:
** - Must possess a current TX License or compact.
- Certifications required: BLS, ALS, PALS.
- Experience in Pre-Op, Circulating, and PACU required.
