Apply to join VIVA Pediatric Healthcare. This role focuses on caring for 7‑year‑old patients needing GB/Tracheostomy/Ventilator/Seizures support in the Driftwood, TX area. Shift availability:
Sunday/Saturday (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and Sunday/Monday/Friday/Saturday (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

• Assess home‑health patients to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs, as evidenced by documentation, clinical records, case conferences, team reports, and evaluations.
• Implement, develop, and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Provide care while utilizing infection control measures that protect staff and patients (OSHA) and comply with state, federal, and local regulations.
• Comply with all VIVA Pediatrics policies and procedures and promote the agency philosophy.
• Communicate effectively with patients/families, team members, and other health‑care professionals, as evidenced by clinical notes, case conferences, and communication logs.
• Notify the supervising nurse of changes in the client’s condition immediately.
• Provide health education to clients and/or caregivers.
• Document interim changes to the plan of care in a timely fashion.

• At least 1 year of work experience or 6 months of pediatric home health as a licensed RN or LVN.
• CPR Certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
