. We are looking for compassionate Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide care for a special child client, including feeding tube and medication administration.

8:00 am – 5:00 pm (School case 8:15 am – 3:15 pm)

Feeding tube & medication administration

• Provide in‑home care to the child client, including feeding via tube and medication administration.
• Document nursing interventions electronically using Aveanna’s tablet system.
• Maintain professional conduct and follow all regulatory and company policies.
• Communicate with team members, family, and local support operators as needed.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice; compact licenses transferable within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (assistance available after hire).
• Recent TB skin test (within last 12 months).
• Preferred but not required:
  Six months of hands‑on nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation.
