$1,000 Sign On Bonus

The sign-on bonus is available for a limited number of candidates and will be offered from 12/31/2025 to 01/30/2026.

• Provide personal care:
  Assistance with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, dressing following care policy guidelines.
• Maintain resident environment:
  Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked.
• Support mobility:
  Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record vital information:
  Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with positioning:
  Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety.
• Encourage engagement:
  Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform technical procedures.
• Strong communication skills and self‑discipline.
• Patience and genuine care for elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of and adherence to the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
