Job Description
American Traveler seeks an experienced Psychiatric RN for evening shifts requiring a ME or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of psych nursing experience.
Responsibilities

• Work in a clinical psychiatric hospital setting

• Evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

• Patient population consists of individuals requiring behavioral health and psychiatric care

• Potential float between facilities within a 25-mile radius as needed

• Local candidates within 90 miles of any Maine Health facility are considered local and subject to local rate rules

• Travelers are not eligible for contract renewals or extensions if considered local

• No travel pairs or groups are permitted

• Returning employees must disclose employment at any Maine Health facility within the past 12 months
Requirements

• Active ME or compact RN license

• Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience

• Proof of driver’s license required for consideration
