Charge Nurse - LVN or RN

• Direct care teams: guide nurse aides to ensure appropriate resident care.
• Administer medications safely as prescribed.
• Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.
• Perform treatments to ensure resident health and comfort.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments.
• Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.
• Implement nursing policies and procedures, educating staff on resident care needs.
• Promote a safe working environment by complying with infection control and bodily mechanics procedures.
• Respond to staffing shortages by arranging replacement staff as necessary.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to organize workflows effectively.
• Efficient emergency response and keen attention to detail in all tasks.
